Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the un-skated items back into their original manufacturer boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our skate technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
